Through His Eyes: Hudson is 1 year old!!

I am a little behind on my blogging, so I have a lot to update. But, the most important news is that my sweet baby boy turned one year old on Saturday, July 10th. I can hardly believe it. This has truly been the best year of my life. We celebrated his birthday starting on Friday with his play group. Then, we celebrated with family and friends on his actual birthday with lunch, cake, and lots of playing. It was such a fun day!

I mentioned before that I started this blog and will keep it updated to be made into a book for Hudson. Following is a typical day in the life of Hudson at 12 months:
-He wakes up around 6:30 and will usually play in his crib until around 7ish. He gets a sippy cup with whole milk once he is up and moving around.
-We usually go for a run at the park and he does well as long as Pandora is playing and we have baby Mum Mums.
-He has breakfast around 8am and then we do lots of playing.
-He goes down around 9am and will sleep until 10:15 or 10:30.
-He gets another sippy cup with whole milk and we get ready for our day. This is when we have play dates, run errands, or meet up with friends.
-Lunch is around 12:00 either at home or on the go.
-He gets another sippy cup of whole milk at 1:30 and we get ready for his afternoon nap. I put him down around 2 and he sleeps anywhere from 1 to 2 hours depending on the day.
-I usually give him a snack when he gets up from his nap and he gets another sippy cup of whole milk at 4:30. We do lots of playing during this time while we get ready for dinner and time with daddy.
-He eats dinner at 6:00 and plays with daddy after that. Bath time is at 7pm and he takes a bottle around 7:15 and is in bed by 7:30.

We are also doing swimming lessons right now and some days he likes it and others not so much. He has learned to go underwater, hold on to the edge of the pool and we are learning to float on our backs right now.
