Through His Eyes: Hudson is 10 months old!

Hudson turned 10 months old on May 10, 2010. At 10 months, Hudson has started standing up alone and can easily maneuver from one piece of furniture to another. He will throw the ball and chase after it and be entertained by that for 20 minutes or so. It is so cute to watch! When a ball rolls under furniture or his high chair, he has figured out a way to crawl under it and retrieve whatever was lost.

Following is a day in the life of Hudson at 10 months old(since I am making this into a book, this is more for us):
-Hudson wakes up every morning between 6:15-7:00 and has his milk. We then get ready for our jog at the park that we do on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I am working up to 5 days a week, but since he doesn't like being in his jogging stroller for very long we are only committing to 3 days.
-After our morning jog, we come home and I feed Hudson breakfast of either oatmeal or rice cereal with some fruit mixed in and then we play after breakfast.
-Hudson goes down for his morning nap around 9am and sleeps until 10:15-10:30 while I get ready for the day.
-After his nap, he has more milk and then this is the time where we run around doing errands, play dates, Rolly Pollie or lunch with friends.
-Hudson usually eats lunch anywhere from 12:00 to 1:00, which consists of yogurt mixed with fruit and vegetable purees.
-He gets milk again around 1:30 and goes down for his afternoon nap between 2:00-2:30. On a good day he will sleep for 2 hours, but it can be anywhere from 1-2 hours.
-After his nap we play at home and he will get milk again about 4:30. I will then start dinner and we wait for Ross to get home.
-Hudson eats dinner around 6pm and he has meat mixed with fruit (apples or pears) and two vegetables.
-Daddy gives him a bath around 7pm and then we start his bed time routine at 7:15. He has milk again and is usually in bed by 7:30.

We have had busy weekends these last few weeks, but it has been fun. Mandy and her family stayed with us this past weekend and we had such a great time. We took the boys to the lake on Saturday and had a picnic and went swimming. Mandy and I were also able to squeeze in some much needed girl time.

We are off to Big Bend on Wednesday for vacation. I will post pictures when we return. Have a great week!
